1 "Invoked" monster + 1 monster that was Special Summoned from the Extra Deck Must first be Fusion Summoned with the above Fusion Materials. While face-up on the field, this card is also DARK, EARTH, WATER, FIRE, and WIND-Attribute. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can target 1 "Invoked" monster you control or in your Graveyard; banish it and all monsters your opponent controls with the same Attribute as that monster.
Invoked Elysium — Power Evaluation
Final Score: 62 ± 8 · Confidence: Medium
- Intrinsic: 62 · Deck: 61 · Meta: provisional
- Primary role: Board breaker · Secondary: Boss/End-board
Why it scores here
Invoked Elysium's score comes from its once-per-turn effect, which banishes one of the opponent's monsters of a chosen attribute together with every opposing monster sharing that attribute. That gives it strong effect interaction and a real one-for-many swing, and it can be activated on either player's turn. Its 3200 ATK and 4000 DEF earn nothing by themselves, and its value as Fusion material is low. Accessibility is held back by its reliance on Extra Deck Fusion materials. Its inclusion in 400 of 400 sampled decks confirms it is reliably played, but that frequency is not used to inflate the score.
Axis scores
| Axis | Score | Evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Accessibility | 60 | Fusion Summon from the Extra Deck needs Invoked materials, and it is in all 400 sampled decks with Invocation and Aleister as near-universal partners (verified deck stats; inferred route reliability, no combo data) (observed) |
| Combo & Conversion | 55 | The text converts one card into a repeatable removal effect on the field, but no recorded boards exist so the conversion rate is text-only inference (inferred) |
| Resource Economy | 55 | The banish sweep can remove several opposing monsters for one activation, but it gives no draw or refuel, and its GY target is a cost paid from the player's own Invoked cards (inferred from text) |
| Effect & Interaction | 78 | Once-per-turn, usable on either player's turn, it removes several opposing monsters of one attribute at once, a strong and hard-to-play-around effect (verified from card text) |
| Material Utility | 30 | As an Extra Deck Fusion body, it is rarely used as material, and its multi-attribute text helps little outside the Invoked line (inferred from text and deck stats) |
| Resilience & Flexibility | 60 | The effect works from the field and can target a monster in the Graveyard, so it has more than one zone to use, but it is a single body that has to survive the opponent's turn (verified from text, inferred for survival) |
| Deck-Building Efficiency | 55 | It runs 1 copy in 395 of 400 decks, costs one Extra Deck slot, and needs the Invoked shell, so it is cheap to add to Invoked decks but restrictive outside them (observed) |
Calculation
Weight profile: 0.7 Board breaker + 0.3 Boss/End-board. Intrinsic ≈ 62, Deck ≈ 61, Meta = provisional. Modifiers: self-locking restriction (-2). Final formula: 0.40*Intrinsic + 0.60*Deck
Strengths
- Once-per-turn removal that works on either player's turn
- Banishes every opposing monster sharing an attribute, so it can sweep several monsters at once
- Its Invoked target can come from the field or the Graveyard, which gives redundancy
- Used in 400 of 400 sampled decks at about 1 copy each, with Invocation and Aleister as top partners
Weaknesses
- Needs an Invoked Fusion setup, so it is dead outside the Invoked shell
- Low material value; the card is rarely used as material
- The effect needs a valid Invoked target, and the opponent can choose the attribute they keep
Counters / choke points
- Opponent monster-removal or negation in response to activation (not in evidence, inferred)
- Floodgates or hand traps that stop Fusion Summons, which would stop the body from being summoned at all (not in evidence, inferred)
Best use
Extra Deck removal finisher that clears the opponent's board of one attribute while the Invoked engine keeps the line going. Decks: Invoked (archetype 635), Invoked (archetype 464), Aleister (archetype 2478), Magistus (archetype 602). Suggested copies: 1.
Evidence & gaps
- Verified: Card text: once-per-turn banish of one Invoked monster and all opposing monsters sharing that attribute, usable in either player's turn; Card text: Fusion Summon with Invoked material, gains DARK/EARTH/WATER/FIRE/WIND while face-up; Deck evidence: 400 of 400 decks run it, copies average 1.01, 48 distinct archetypes; Usage statistics: 100% inclusion in Aleister and Invoked (archetype 464) at 1 copy
- Observed: Partner presence: Aleister the Invoker and Invocation at 97.2% of decks; Gameplay split: 59.2% in gameplay 7, 40.2% in gameplay 6
- Inferred: Fusion Summon route is reliable because Invocation and Aleister are near-universal partners; Board-clearing value depends on the opponent's attribute spread; Deck synergy is high but its centrality cannot be confirmed without combo data
- Data gaps: no combos supplied, so combo conversion is text-only inference no banlist token, so 3 copies is assumed no rulings or Fusion-summon legality data for edge cases no avg_starter_count, so DeckResilience is estimated no usage statistics beyond 5 archetypes
